Maria Musgaard receives the EliteForsk Travel Scholarship

PhD student Maria Musgaard receives the EliteForsk (Elite Research) Travel Scholarship from the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation. In her PhD project, Maria Musgaard works with biomolecular computer modelling of Ca2+-ATPase, which is responsible for the transport of calcium across membranes in the cells of the body.

The scholarship is valued at DKK 300,000 (approximately EUR 40,000) and is intended to make it possible for very talented PhD students to complete a prolonged study period at one of the very best research environments in the world.
